This is used to operate, secure, and maintain the site.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses cookies necessary for the site to function (for example, session and performance/caching cookies set by our website software). Google Tag Manager is used to collect relevant visitor statistics and help up improve our website.

• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case personal information would be among the transferred assets.

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored and processed on servers and cloud services located in Canada and the US.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. Contact inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a business relationship requires longer. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).

How we protect it

We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

• request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits;
• make a complaint about how we handle your information.
